These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ADZ Trades Live ("we", "us", "our") and the services, content, community, and materials we provide (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance

By joining any membership tier you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of the service

ADZ Trades Live is an educational community focused on trading concepts and market analysis. Nothing we share constitutes personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

3. Membership tiers

• Bronze — free access to community updates and general education.
• Silver — £29.99 recurring weekly subscription for daily ideas and analysis.
• Gold — £399 one-time payment for lifetime access to the Gold community and future educational content.

4. Payment & billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Silver subscriptions renew automatically each week until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; access remains until the end of the paid period.

5. Community conduct

You agree not to share, copy, resell, redistribute or publicly post any content from our Telegram groups or courses. Sharing invite links or content with non-members is grounds for immediate removal without refund.

6. No advice

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, abusive behaviour, or misuse of the community.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
