Refund Policy

Silver (weekly subscription)

Because Silver content (trade ideas, watchlists, commentary) is delivered daily and consumed immediately, weekly Silver payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You can cancel future renewals at any time and keep access until the end of the current paid week.

Gold (one-time lifetime)

You may request a full refund of your Gold payment within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed the exclusive community, live sessions, or downloaded any Gold educational materials. After 14 days, or after material access, the Gold payment is non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate loss of access and may be disputed.
